Demi Lune in Pommele Sapele

This Demi Lune is veneered in pommele sapele. This effect is produced when the tree has grown in an unusual way, causing the grain to have a “bubbly” or “quilted” appearance. The doors and side panels have all been quarter matched, and top has been veneered in a starburst pattern with quarter-sawn edging and ebony stringing inlay.
